We provide athletic / fitness based coaching for young athletes 8 years and above (Key Stage 2-4 and beyond). Whether its your child's first introduction into athletics or they need extra coaching for Cross-Country, Summer Games, parkrun or Sportshall games we can provide individual coaching and small group coaching tailor made for your child at very competitive prices. All coaching is delivered in a professional environment working on technique and running form, conducive to maximising young athletes personal development and potential.
Fundamental movement skills - We can provide fitness, movement skills and physical conditioning for athletes partaking in a variety of physical sports including Football, Rugby, Tennis; the list is endless! To date we have helped several athletes excel in their chosen disciplins and achieve Sports Scholarships enabling them to win their place at their chosen schools.
