A training plan is an essential part of race preparation but can also help you to get started with your running.


We all share the same passion for running but we are all individuals with different experience, ability and goals. We believe that each training plan should be as individual as you are and fit into your life and your abilities and goals as well as be adjusted should something unexpected happen such as illness or injury for example.


Following a training plan from the web or a magazine will always run the risk that you are missing important components you require to reach your individual goal.


You won't have to worry about how much, how often, or what type of running workouts you should be doing. We'll create a detailed plan tailored for you, your lifestyle and goals. Ask questions when needed, and start watching your running and fitness improve.


We will guide you through any fears you may have and help keep you motivated and on the right track. Only £5 / week!
