I provide personalised junior coaching for young athletes up to the age of 18yrs in Running, Sprinting, High Jump, Long Jump and Hurdles.

I offer individual coaching on a 1-2-1 basis and group training tailor made for your child, group or team. All coaching is delivered in a professional environment working on technique, movement skills, posture and running form, conducive to maximising young athletes personal development and potential.

I also provide fitness, movement skills, physical preparation, conditioning for athletes for all athletic disciplines.

I work with athletes of all abilities and experience.

I hold current Safeguarding and DBS certificates as part of my Coaching Licence UKA Level 3.

Young Athlete coaching

7-18 yrs of age

1-2-1 Coaching from, £30 for 45mins,  £35 for 60mins 

Small Group sessions offer a cost effective alternative, still with the individual attention your child deserves and can be negotiated separately
